This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use pixlora.in and related services—including free browser tools, optional accounts, APIs where offered, and communications with support. 1. What data we collect

Depending on how you use PixLora, we may process:

• Account data: If you create an account, we may store your name, email address, and authentication secrets using industry-standard hashing. We do not store raw passwords in plain text.
• Usage and technical data: We may log pages viewed, tool identifiers, approximate timestamps, browser type, device class, referral information, and similar diagnostics to keep the service secure and to understand which features deserve maintenance priority.
• Files you upload: Many tools process files transiently on servers or locally in your browser. The exact retention window depends on the specific pipeline; some operations erase inputs immediately after delivering output, while others may retain blobs for minutes to facilitate downloads. Sensitive materials should never be uploaded if your employer or jurisdiction forbids cloud processing.
• Payment data: Paid plans or add-ons may be handled by third-party payment processors. We generally do not store full payment card numbers on our own disks.
• Messages you send us: Emails or contact forms may be retained in mailboxes or ticketing systems long enough to resolve your request.

2. Cookies and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense and its partners may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to personalise or measure ads, cap frequency, and detect fraud. 4. File processing policy

Unless a tool explicitly states otherwise, uploaded files are processed only to produce the output you requested. We do not sell your documents to data brokers. Many conversions delete source binaries automatically after completion; browser-local tools may never transmit originals to our servers. Always keep a personal backup before destructive operations such as compression or splitting.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We rely on hosting providers, analytics vendors, payment processors, email deliverability services, and advertising partners. Each subprocesses data under contractual obligations appropriate to their role. We do not sell personal information in the “data broker” sense, though ad partners may process pseudonymous identifiers as described above.

6. International transfers

PixLora may process data in India or other regions where our servers and vendors operate. By using the service, you acknowledge that cross-border transfers may occur and that safeguards may include standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required by law.

7. Retention

We retain account records while your profile remains open. Raw uploads tied to server-side conversions typically expire quickly, but logs, aggregated metrics, or invoice records may persist longer for accounting and abuse prevention. You may request deletion of personal data subject to legal exceptions.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR or similar frameworks), you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port certain personal data, and to object to particular processing. To exercise these rights, email support@pixlora.in with a clear description of your request. We may need to verify ownership before disclosing or changing account records.

9. Children

PixLora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have done so in error, contact us immediately so we can delete the data.
